  • •At least five years of experience in category management, ideally in healthcare or another complex and regulated environment.
  • •Strong analytical skills and proven expertise in spend analysis, KPI management, statistics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • •Ability to operate in complex stakeholder environments, build consensus, and communicate confidently with leadership-level decision-makers.
  • •Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style with solid knowledge of SAP MM and Microsoft Office; strong communication skills in German and English.
