•Develop and implement category strategies and manage assigned procurement categories across their full strategic lifecycle.
•Analyze spend, market, supplier, and demand data to identify savings, minimize risks, and enable informed sourcing decisions.
•Design, maintain, and optimize KPI dashboards, benchmarks, and business cases to support decision-making.
•Drive initiatives for product standardization, portfolio optimization, and data harmonization to improve efficiency and unlock company-wide synergies.
•Lead cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders across procurement, hospitals, supply chain management, and corporate functions to achieve measurable business results.

Key Requirements

•At least five years of experience in category management, ideally in healthcare or another complex and regulated environment.
•Strong analytical skills and proven expertise in spend analysis, KPI management, statistics, and data-driven decision-making.
•Ability to operate in complex stakeholder environments, build consensus, and communicate confidently with leadership-level decision-makers.
•Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style with solid knowledge of SAP MM and Microsoft Office; strong communication skills in German and English.
