Centralized Service Manager I

Oversee outsourced services and applications by managing assigned third-party relationships and risks across the third-party lifecycle. Coordinate third-party risk assessments, contract review/structuring, due diligence, and fourth-party oversight aligned to business sourcing strategies. Partner with business owners to complete sourcing and due diligence questionnaires, establish supplier performance metrics, run ongoing monitoring, and manage contingency and transition plans. Serve as a primary liaison between suppliers, line of business teams, and the TPR operations function.
