Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence efforts across Distribution Operations.
  • •Partner with the COO and Operations leadership on automation, facility expansion, and future distribution center planning.
  • •Establish KPIs, productivity goals, dashboards, and operating standards to improve visibility, decision-making, and accountability.
  • •Perform labor modeling, capacity planning, workflow analysis, and future staffing planning; translate growth and volume into future needs.
  • •Evaluate processes, facility utilization, product flow, and technology to identify efficiency, quality, capacity, and cost opportunities; build and sustain SOPs and cross-functional initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Progressive experience in distribution/operations/operational excellence, process improvement, supply chain, or related disciplines.
  • •Demonstrated success improving complex, high-volume operations.
  • •Strong hands-on analytical capability to work with operational data, identify root causes, and translate findings into action.
  • •Experience with labor modeling, capacity planning, KPI development, process design, and business-case development.
  • •Experience evaluating or implementing automation, equipment, or other operational investments; Lean/Six Sigma or industrial engineering knowledge is preferred.
