Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, coach, and develop employees (performance management, onboarding, training, and professional development) across a team of 12–15 direct reports.
  • •Monitor operational metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes, team effectiveness, and service delivery.
  • •Cover daily department operations through rotating assignments, including oversight of shared mailboxes, phone queues, technician support, and workflow coverage.
  • •Partner with leadership to maintain staffing coverage and ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years with Vocational Education in Clinical Operations, ECG Monitoring and Analysis, or equivalent; leadership experience with direct reports is preferred.
  • •Active CRAT or CCT certification, RN license, or licensed Paramedic with current ACLS certification.
  • •Strong ECG rhythm interpretation skills with accurate assessments and outcomes.
  • •High technical aptitude and advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • •Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with excellent communication, listening, and patience.
