•Lead day-to-day operations of the Holter Monitoring team to ensure efficient workflow, quality performance, and excellent customer support.
•Supervise, coach, and develop employees (performance management, onboarding, training, and professional development) across a team of 12–15 direct reports.
•Monitor operational metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes, team effectiveness, and service delivery.
•Cover daily department operations through rotating assignments, including oversight of shared mailboxes, phone queues, technician support, and workflow coverage.
•Partner with leadership to maintain staffing coverage and ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years with Vocational Education in Clinical Operations, ECG Monitoring and Analysis, or equivalent; leadership experience with direct reports is preferred.
•Active CRAT or CCT certification, RN license, or licensed Paramedic with current ACLS certification.
•Strong ECG rhythm interpretation skills with accurate assessments and outcomes.
•High technical aptitude and advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
•Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with excellent communication, listening, and patience.
