Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out planned preventative maintenance, servicing, testing and repairs on gas systems and associated equipment.
  • •Diagnose faults, undertake defect rectification, and maintain safe and efficient operation of assets.
  • •Install new plant and apparatus in line with technical specifications and operational requirements.
  • •Investigate equipment performance issues and recommend improvements to reliability and efficiency.
  • •Follow statutory regulations, site procedures, and health and safety requirements; participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota and respond to operational needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a recognised apprenticeship or equivalent trade-based qualification.
  • •Have commercial gas qualifications, including CDGA1, CIGA1, CoDNCO1, CORT1, ICPN1 and TPCP1 (desirable).
  • •Be able to work independently, prioritise workloads, and solve technical problems using sound judgement.
