•Represent Hermès values, recruit and fidelize new national and international clients, and autonomously manage the client file.
•Participate in inventory, merchandising changes, stock organization, and maintain department/store presentation.

•Minimum 6 years of experience in luxury retail sales
•Expert sales capability and strong clienteling skills
•Fluent in English (written and spoken)
•Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and agility with digital tools
