Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver BIM coordination for MEP building services across all project stages.
  • •Develop and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and public health/fire model elements.
  • •Perform clash detection and resolution between MEP and other disciplines.
  • •Maintain and update MEP models according to design changes and project BIM standards.
  • •Generate technical drawings and model extractions, and support equipment selection and system coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in MEP BIM Coordination within a building services environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of MEP building services systems and how they are represented in BIM.
  • •Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit (MEP), Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360 / ACC.
  • •Understanding of ISO 19650 and BIM Level 2 / LOD standards.
