Key Responsibilities

•Plan, manage, develop, and evaluate HR functions that support strategic goals.
•Drive team development by supporting ongoing technical and interpersonal skill growth and career development.
•Partner with management to act as an employee advocate, representing labor standards and executing employee engagement strategies.
•Oversee implementation of Raya HR policies and procedures and manage the HR team to meet HR plan and operational needs.
•Submit and monitor the HR budget, manage manpower planning with department heads, and coach leaders on workforce needs analysis and performance management.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with 5 years in a management position.
•Ability to plan, manage, develop, and evaluate HR functions aligned with strategic goals.
•Experience ensuring ongoing development of both technical and interpersonal skills for team growth.
•Ability to partner with management as an employee advocate representing labor standards to execute employee engagement strategies.
•Experience overseeing HR policies and procedures and managing HR team performance and HR budgeting.
