Job Summary

Join Deliveroo’s Dubai HQ as an Account Associate supporting UAE and Kuwait brands. You’ll optimize brand presence on Deliveroo with on-app merchandising, ad ops, quality assurance, stock tracking, and proactive issue resolution, enabling fast, accurate promotions and improved searchability for top beauty, pharmacy, and toy brands.

Key Responsibilities

•On-App Merchandising: Own the technical upload of promotions, ensuring discounts and Buy 1 Get 1 offers are live and accurate across all Alshaya brand storefronts on Deliveroo.
•Ad Operations: Assist in activating Deliveroo Ads for brands like NYX and Ulta, ensuring campaigns are launched on time to drive maximum visibility.
•Quality Assurance: Regularly audit the Alshaya brand pages to ensure images, descriptions, and promotional tags are correct and visually appealing.
•Stock Tracking: Monitor the frequency of stock updates from the Alshaya side and ensure fast-moving items are updated to minimize order mark-outs.
•Proactive Flagging: Identify and flag gaps where brands have failed to send stock updates, and resolve data silos before they impact the customer experience.

Key Requirements

•Data literacy and comfort handling CSV files or basic data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets) for menu uploads and performance tracking.
•Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy in brand content, pricing, and promotions.
•Collaborative mindset with ability to work with multiple stakeholders across teams.
•Proactive problem-solving skills to identify and fix stock/feed issues and ensure timely promotions.
•Fast, organized, and responsive mindset essential for a high-growth, on-demand marketplace environment.
