Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Discipline Engineering Group (Civil, Structural, Architectural) for onshore and offshore projects across the region to ensure safe, high-quality delivery
•Drive HSSEA culture, engineering integrity, and compliance across all work scopes within the discipline
•Provide functional leadership to Lead Discipline Engineers and oversee all discipline engineering activities
•Support continuous improvement and technical excellence across the organization and projects
•Role-model the company’s values, safety, ethics, and inclusivity in all interactions

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
•Minimum 25 years of experience in onshore and offshore mega projects (capex over USD 2B)
•Minimum 5 years of experience in managing in the role of Head of Discipline
•Experience in ASSESS, Pre-FEED, FEED and Detailed Design stages of projects
•Deep knowledge of API, IEC, NFPA, ISO, OSHA and Middle East client specifications
