Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure you have the proper supplies and PPE for each day’s patient visits.
  • •Use mobile technology to access your daily schedule.

  • •Use expert phlebotomy skills to collect blood samples in a comfortable, patient-friendly manner.
  • •Label specimens properly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

  • •Prior experience as a phlebotomist.
  • •Consistently demonstrate professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion.
  • •Technologically savvy and comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • •Ability to physically access and navigate patient homes, including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds, and pass required background/DMV checks.
