Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect and test production processes and finished units for compliance with engineering drawings, customer specifications, and Quality Travelers.
  • •Support commissioning and troubleshooting for HVAC HMI/PLC programming, fire control operation, HVAC startup/troubleshooting, and loadbank control.
  • •Support energized testing activities, including breaker operation with arc flash PPE, MCC/switchgear/VFD power-up, Prime PLC communication, UPS testing states, and OEM coordination.
  • •Coordinate testing team activities and safety requirements, including safety meetings and JHA/MOP completion and inspection communication.
  • •Perform inspections and audits, identify and escalate nonconformances, process DMR items, and record inspection/test results for NCR reporting, KPIs, trend analysis, QMS compliance, and audit readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Reside within a 50-mile radius of the Minden, LA facility (no relocation benefit); Active Duty Military are exempt.
  • •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, customer specifications, bills of material, and applicable industrial trade standards.
  • •Ability to use inspection, measurement, hand/power tools, and electrical troubleshooting tools (including tape measures, torque tools, gauges, and Fluke multimeters).
  • •Ability to follow safety procedures, wear required PPE, and work overtime as required.
