Key Responsibilities

  • •Align Data & AI Governance priorities with business goals by partnering with business, analytics, and technology teams.
  • •Enable governance and lifecycle management of Strategic Data Assets (SDAs) and track governance maturity and value delivered.
  • •Support implementation of Data & AI Governance frameworks and embed governance into analytics, data products, AI initiatives, and digital capabilities.
  • •Improve data quality and stewardship by defining standards and coordinating resolution of data quality issues.
  • •Maintain business glossaries, data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and support inventories/governance reviews for responsible AI use cases.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality, Analytics, AI Governance, or related disciplines.
  • •Experience working with business and technology stakeholders in complex organizations.
  • •Strong understanding of how data, analytics, and AI create business value.
  • •Familiarity with governance and analytics tools such as Alation, Collibra, Microsoft Purview, Power BI, and Databricks (or similar).
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
