Job Summary

Build and evolve Aeolus, an in-house analytics data platform used by 130,000+ employees. Design and implement data integration and scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems, then add AI-powered capabilities such as natural-language querying, automated insights, and LLM agents for data exploration, query formulation, and report generation. Partner with engineers, Product, QA, and Operations to deliver reliable, high-performance features that enable fast analysis over billions of rows.

Job Function: Data Science & Machine Learning

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement a data integration system for the analytics platform.
•Develop AI-powered data analysis features, including natural language querying and automated insights generation.
•Create LLM agents that help users with data exploration, query formulation, and report generation.
•Integrate LLM capabilities to enable conversational analytics and intelligent data insights.
•Collaborate with engineering, Product, QA, and Operations to deliver scalable, reliable solutions; estimate effort and plan rollouts for system changes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
•At least 2 years of experience in software engineering.
•At least 2 years of object-oriented design experience with strong software development skills in Java.
•At least 2 years of requirements analysis, design, coding, and unit testing for scalable, distributed, fault-tolerant applications.
•Strong understanding of AI/ML integration in data analytics platforms and experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph) is preferred.
