Key Responsibilities

  • •Own technical onboarding and account setup end to end, including tenant/workspace configuration, user provisioning, and environment readiness.
  • •Configure SSO using SAML/OIDC (including MFA and conditional access) and drive IT readiness with customers, including access requests and environment prerequisites.
  • •Deliver EHR integrations through testing, customer UAT support, and go-live execution, translating SOW/design into precise, prioritized implementation requirements.
  • •Set up agents, agentic workflows, and custom builds per account workflows, scoping configuration work with clear acceptance criteria and documentation.
  • •Provide first-line technical diagnosis during implementation/hypercare, routing configuration fixes, and handing confirmed product defects to Support Engineering with diagnosis attached.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience delivering technical onboarding and enterprise account setup, including provisioning, integrations, and validation/testing.
  • •Strong SSO implementation skills using SAML/OIDC, with MFA and conditional-access alignment (e.g., Okta and Microsoft Entra).
  • •Ability to translate integration designs/SOWs into precise implementation requirements, manage dependencies, and support customer UAT and go-live.
  • •Technical troubleshooting experience across identity, tenants, integrations, agents, and data flows, with clear escalation and handover practices.
