Key Responsibilities

•Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
•Frequently load/unload vehicles and inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicles are safe to drive.
•Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
•Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
•Work assigned shifts and be available to work 7 days a week with rotating days off.

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
•Be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including loading/unloading and detailing vehicles, with occasional exposure to extreme weather.
•Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
•Requires frequent driving with excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity, and lifting/carrying of up to 50 lbs.
•Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license; must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
