Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and continuously optimize Integrated Services business cadence (weekly syncs, monthly reviews, quarterly planning) and drive accountability for next steps and deliverables.
  • •Standardize processes, decision frameworks, and project management tools to increase speed-to-solution and reduce operational drag.
  • •Scope, launch, and manage strategic end-to-end initiatives across title, escrow, mortgage, and emerging verticals, translating executive vision into plans and measurable outcomes.
  • •Establish OKRs, project benchmarks, and performance metrics; monitor initiative impact and regularly report progress and ROI to executive stakeholders.
  • •Design and lead change management and mitigation for risks, blockers, and dependencies; own strategic internal communications including All-Hands, Board materials, and executive flash reports.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5+ years of experience in project management, business operations, corporate strategy, or a similar executive-facing role.
