Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall OHSE management for the Swansea site and deploy AFEMEA strategic initiatives.
  • •Ensure compliance with relevant OHSE legislation and maintain OHSE procedures and lead audits to OHSAS/ISO standards.
  • •Chair Safety Committee & Safety Steerco meetings and attend regional OHSE team meetings, preparing reports.
  • •Investigate health, safety and environmental incidents to the required standard and drive corrective actions.
  • •Maintain OHSE records, produce reports/statistics, and publish/communicate H&S policies and activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional Health & Safety qualification.
  • •Experience in a similar OHSE role within a production environment.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Scientific, Engineering, or Mathematical qualifications to at least A-level (preferably a degree).
  • •Experience in the packaging industry in a technical, CI, or operational role.
