Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify opportunities to retain, expand, and acquire client relationships; gather client information and recommend banking, borrowing, and investment solutions.
  • •Coordinate an extended advisory team based on client needs, acting as client advocate and engaging additional relationship leaders when necessary.
  • •Analyze personal and business financial data through relationship reviews and CRM to capture clients’ goals in a financial plan.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of KPB sales process, client experience, and client service standards; document progress using designated tracking tools.
  • •Meet or exceed individual sales goals by expanding existing relationships, closing referrals, and capturing new business growth; deliver in-person consultative presentations.

Salary: USD 80,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of financial services-related experience
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • •FINRA S7 license (preferred)
  • •FINRA S66 or S63 and S65 licenses (preferred)
  • •Ability to build client relationships and communicate effectively, with knowledge of financial products and banking regulations
