Assess and document vehicle cosmetic and mechanical conditions for appraisals, ensuring accurate optioning and inventory updates. Perform high-quality imaging of wholesale vehicles for CarMax websites and support wholesale auction preparation. Complete vehicle secures and confirmations by verifying appraisal details and resolving discrepancies. Assist with inventory management, customer transfers, and lot merchandising as needed while collaborating with Buyers and Purchasing Managers and following EH&S requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct accurate vehicle assessments, documenting cosmetic and mechanical conditions for appraisal analysis.
•Ensure accurate optioning of vehicles during assessments and inventory updates.
•Perform high-quality imaging of wholesale vehicles for CarMax websites and support wholesale auction preparation and operations.
•Complete vehicle secures and confirmations by verifying appraisal details and resolving discrepancies.
•Assist with inventory management, customer transfers, and lot merchandising; collaborate with team members and support onboarding while following EH&S requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17 - 27.2 hourly
