Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead creation and maintenance of compliant Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) that achieve cost and schedule integration.
  • •Partner with program teams to integrate the program technical and programmatic solution into the IMS baseline plan.
  • •Review and support program plan and IMS development consistent with IPDS and program life cycle, including identifying missing or improperly planned work.
  • •Conduct and explain Schedule Risk Analysis results, interpreting outcomes and integrating mitigation plans into IMS and risk management.
  • •Provide weekly and monthly planning metrics (schedule status, baseline maintenance, critical path, schedule variance, and network logic validation) using EVMS processes; mentor and train junior planners.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 8 years of Program Planning or Scheduling or Project Management experience, or an Advance Degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
  • •Experience using scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar.
  • •Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and workflow.
  • •Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process.
