Job Summary

Act as the business’s end-to-end Finance Business Partner/Controller, providing logical, numerical support for commercial decisions and fact-based reporting to achieve KPIs (e.g., NSV, CMA). Lead weekly and monthly performance routines, variance analysis, forecasting links, and board-ready narratives. Manage annual planning (AOP) and 3-year strategic plans, coordinate Joint Business Plans for key accounts, and ensure compliance for discounts and D&A tracking.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as end-to-end Finance Business Partner/Controller, supporting commercial decisions with consistent, traceable financial analysis tied to KPIs.
•Consolidate and manage weekly business sales routines, analyzing performance drivers (stock, sell-out, promo plan) and delivering weekly visibility plus actionable recommendations.
•Lead monthly MFR process (including SISO/MFR), manage client/channel data, analyze period-to-period variations, and prepare final board-facing narratives.
•Own annual planning (AOP) and develop a 3-year strategic plan with commercial levers connected to financial outcomes.
•Coordinate Joint Business Plans (JBP) for key accounts, including financial support, quarterly tracking vs plan, and follow-up presentations as needed.

Key Requirements

•Ingeniero Comercial (or equivalent relevant training)
•2–3 years of experience in a similar role or in business/commercial-linked finance
•Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency
•Advanced Excel skills for models, databases, and variance analysis
•Operational/analytical capability with SAP for performance support and close activities
