Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide expert compensation guidance and recommendations.
  • •Deliver compensation consulting and develop proposals/presentations for senior decision-makers.
  • •Perform deep analysis of compensation program effectiveness and competitiveness using benchmarking and job evaluation.
  • •Serve as the primary compensation point of contact to executives and internal partners within client groups.
  • •Lead mid-year and year-end compensation cycles and strategic compensation projects horizontally across client groups.

Salary: USD 200,700 - 229,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in Compensation, or 5 years in Finance, or 5 years in Analytics (or a combination).
  • •At least 5 years of experience in client management or consulting.
  • •At least 2 years of people management experience.
  • •At least 3 years of experience with Excel and developing data-based stories in PowerPoint or Slides.
