Job Summary

Manage outbound shipments for Silvus Technologies, including inspection, packing, labeling, paperwork, and inventory coordination. Ensure orders meet customer delivery schedules and comply with shipping regulations, hazardous materials requirements, and international export rules. Lead daily shipping operations by partnering with the Shipping Supervisor, driving process improvements to reduce errors and increase efficiency, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse area. Fully onsite in Culver City, CA (1:30 PM start).

•Coordinate with the Shipping Supervisor on daily shipping operations to meet customer delivery schedules.
•Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and compliance with shipping regulations, including hazardous materials and international export requirements.
•Implement and monitor process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance workflow.
•Maintain a safe, organized, and clean shipping area; monitor warehouse supplies and equipment for stock and proper working order.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED required.
•Minimum 3 years of experience using shipping systems/software such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

•Highly proficient in Google Suite and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
•Must have a current, valid driver’s license with no traffic violations; must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident); background check and drug test required.
