Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of application developers, engineers, and support specialists for banking applications supporting deposits, payments, receivables, and treasury management.
  • •Oversee application development and delivery, including building and implementing new capabilities across internal systems and third-party platforms.
  • •Manage production support in highly available, resilient environments, including monitoring, incident/issue/enhancement resolution, and vendor coordination.
  • •Lead testing, quality assurance, and change management; support technical execution for client product implementations and in-scope configuration changes.
