Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the IT and cybersecurity risk management framework, including identifying, evaluating, and monitoring technology-related risks and maintaining the IT Risk Register.
  • •Conduct assurance reviews and internal audits of security controls, IT processes, and regulatory compliance; support audit engagements and ensure timely closure of findings.
  • •Maintain governance, risk, and compliance documentation and provide reporting on compliance status, exceptions, and remediation plans to management.
  • •Develop, maintain, and test Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans, including planning, executing tests, tracking corrective actions, and maintaining centralized documentation.
  • •Lead and manage people within the function by setting objectives, managing performance, developing team members, and providing feedback and appraisal.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.
  • •3–5 years of relevant experience in information security, IT governance, risk management, or compliance.
  • •Knowledge of IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST CSF, COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 22301.
  • •Experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing.
  • •Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, CISM, CISA, CompTIA Security+) preferred but not mandatory.
