Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee FME operational requirements for the IFSC unit, ensuring compliance with IFSCA regulations and applicable circulars/guidelines.
  • •Maintain internal controls and risk management, including operational risk controls and internal control testing/enhancement.
  • •Coordinate regulatory filings, responses to IFSCA queries, and support inspections and audits with external providers.
  • •Supervise day-to-day IFSC unit operations supporting AIF lifecycle activities, including reporting and operational readiness for new launches.
  • •Manage AML/KYC and sanctions escalations, investor onboarding processes, and investor complaint redressal while liaising with fund administrator/RTA/trustees.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional qualification or a post-graduate degree/diploma (minimum 1 year) in finance, accountancy, business management, commerce, or CFA; or CA.
  • •3–10 years of experience in operations within financial services.
  • •Strong understanding of IFSCA regulations (FME, AIF & Non-Retail Offerings) and applicable SEBI regulations.
  • •Regulatory engagement and inspection readiness, including risk and control mindset.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and clear written communication for regulatory submissions and board updates.
