Key Responsibilities

•Act as a team lead of the region.
•Build and execute a regional strategy to significantly increase Agoda's footprint in the Philippines.
•Coordinate with senior management on strategic planning and objectives.
•Conduct market research into industry trends to ensure competitiveness of Agoda’s products.
•Develop and own relationships with key decision makers at hotels, technology partners and other relevant partners.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor or equivalent degree required; MBA is a plus.
•5-10 years' experience as Sales in a fast-growing globally operating travel/e-commerce company.
•Minimum 3 years’ experience leading successful teams in e-commerce or travel industry roles; proven leadership.
•Exceptionally strong Excel and data visualization skills; analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
•Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to report to and persuade senior management; adaptable to change.
