Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project Manager in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to quality standards.
  • •Manage individual tasks across the construction process, including submittal and RFI processes, change order management, meeting coordination, and punch-list management.
  • •Help establish project governance, processes, and systems, and ensure key information is shared and appropriately retained.
  • •Support reporting and documentation: update issues/actions logs, transcribe meeting minutes, drive action items to closure, and contribute monthly reporting for client/program stakeholders.
  • •Monitor and report project costs/spending using cost tracking and EVM systems, liaise with the client finance team, and assist with procurement and close-out documentation/transition.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 98,000 annually

  • •Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree.
  • •Preferred degrees in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, Project Management, or General Business.
