Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as first point of contact for onsite visitors, directing or guiding them as appropriate.
  • •Assist customers at the front counter with dealer registration, document review, scanning/uploading, and obtaining bidder badges and gate passes.
  • •Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare and process customer statements, invoices, titles, and related packets.
  • •Review, scan, upload, and distribute documents and reports, including sensitive or confidential documents and PII.
  • •Enter and update information in internal databases, reconcile P-card transactions, process customer payments, and support SOX compliance audits.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • •Notary certification preferred.
  • •1 year of office environment experience preferred.
  • •Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license that meets the requirements.
  • •Proficiency with computer systems and applications, plus strong data entry and attention to detail.
