Vans: Supervisor - Napa Premium Outlets

Lead daily store operations at Vans’ Napa Premium Outlets location by supporting the store leadership team, coaching and developing associates, and driving an exceptional, consumer-centric customer experience. Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to monitor KPI performance, exceed sales goals, maintain visual merchandising standards, manage stockroom and inventory flow, and uphold company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention practices.
