Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee landscape works, including review/approval of technical submittals and resolution of site-related issues.
  • •Monitor the progress and quality of landscape works delivered by consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • •Ensure landscape installations comply with contract specifications, design intent, and quality control standards through inspections and sign-offs.
  • •Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities to secure necessary approvals and NOCs, and review/respond to RFIs.
  • •Support safety and quality procedures, assist with punch points and handover, and supervise work completion documentation and consultant sign-off.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a similar field from a recognized university.
  • •Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in architectural supervision.
  • •Previous experience working with a reputable consultancy on large-scale projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of post-contract supervision processes, including shop drawing reviews and site inspections.
  • •Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural tools.
