Job Summary

Own and deliver sales training for a designated zone, improving sales skills, product knowledge, and performance across representatives, managers, and support staff. Partner with regional leadership to identify training needs, build tailored programs, manage onboarding, coach individuals and teams, and track effectiveness through KPIs and feedback. Support sales enablement materials, trainer development, and ensure training compliance and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze sales training needs with GSM and zonal leaders to identify skill gaps and performance issues across the zone.
•Design and develop customized sales training programs aligned to company objectives, sales targets, and regional challenges.
•Deliver training programs using in-person and virtual methods for sales, managers, support staff, and partner staff/trainers.
•Manage onboarding for new sales representatives and provide ongoing coaching to improve performance.
•Monitor training effectiveness with metrics, assessments, and feedback; report KPIs and support continuous improvement, enablement materials, compliance, and documentation.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•MBA or a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
•8–10 years’ experience in sales training, sales enablement, or sales operations.
•Experience in a zonal or regional role with deep understanding of the sales process and field challenges.
•Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), sales enablement tools, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
•Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills plus strong analytical and communication abilities.
