•Pre-sales: assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.
•Sales calls: act as the main technical resource, answering and educating customers on features, specifications, functionality, and integration.
•Stay conversant with networking applications and solutions.
•Post-sales: serve as the lead technical contact for identified accounts and work with technical support and engineering to resolve technical issues.
•Provide post-sales training assistance to identified customers.

Key Requirements

•Field sales experience.
•Experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
•Experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration.
•Experience with wireless technologies, deploying/supporting, and performing site surveys.
•Solid understanding of wireless authentication and networking protocols/technologies (e.g., DNS/NFS, TCP/IP, VPN, RADIUS/PKI) and relevant security technologies, plus certifications (CCIE, CISSP).
