  • •Own the program lifecycle, including market-segment selection, targeted skills, pricing, program requirements, and program-level P&L.
  • •Build and launch the program by partnering with academic program directors and subject-matter experts to define curriculum and coordinate program development.
  • •Track post-launch adoption and student success by working with marketing and partnership teams and making ongoing adjustments for retention and market relevance.
  • •Drive continuous experimentation and improvement using measurement and learning from data to improve quality and delivery to students.
  • •Lead and indirectly manage program leaders, instructional faculty, and student coaches/mentors, building effective teams and collaboration across functions.

Key Requirements

  • •Master of Science in Nursing degree, or a Post-Master's Certificate, or in place of a master's degree, a PhD in Nursing or DNP.
  • •Active national certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
  • •Active unencumbered RN license.
  • •5 years of demonstrated teaching excellence in a variety of courses at the post-secondary level.
  • •2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a post-secondary institution.
