Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate new client onboardings, including third-party OMS integrations and broker relationship setup.
  • •Manage client commission schedules and broker wallets, and act as an escalation point for continuity and internal desk inquiries.
  • •Serve as the relationship manager with each client’s COO for ad hoc Q&A and setup questions.
  • •Assist with directed broker setups by coordinating connectivity and documentation.
  • •Maintain trading execution settings (blocks, trading rules, fix tags, and toolbars) in Eze RealTick and oversee broker trade settlement break resolution.
