Key Responsibilities

  • •Welcome and greet patients/customers and ensure every patient walk-in is attended to and satisfied.
  • •Dispense medicines accurately in the correct dosage and quantity with clear instructions, packaged to maintain potency.
  • •Assign, delegate, and work closely with pharmacy staff; facilitate, induct, train, develop, and evaluate them periodically to encourage teamwork.
  • •Maintain medicine and product inventory on the rack, locate correct medicines per prescription, and ensure proper handling (no medicine stored on the pharmacy floor).
  • •Implement and improve quality SOPs per MOH guidelines, ensure MOH compliance with regularly updated documentation, handle phone calls, and participate in monthly review meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Have an appropriate license to work as a Pharmacist with all required qualifications and experience from the relevant regulatory health authority.
  • •Manage your own professional re-licensure.
  • •Hold a valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider card.
  • •Communicate clearly and effectively in English (spoken and written).
  • •Be able to communicate effectively in Arabic (desirable).
