Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the technical field domain expert, providing consultation and support to site facilities and manufacturing teams for chemical and slurry systems.
  • •Develop, review, and maintain global standards, specifications, and best known methods for engineering excellence; drive standardization across the global network.
  • •Identify improvements to system designs to increase performance, efficiency, reduce maintenance, and achieve cost savings; benchmark internal and external best practices.
  • •Support design and construction for large-scale facilities infrastructure expansion projects, including code/standards alignment, design package reviews, and project execution support.
  • •Lead global facilities programs and sustainability initiatives, and use AI-enabled tools to enhance facilities performance, reliability, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Process, or Industrial Systems Engineering.
  • •Minimum 8 years of semiconductor industry experience with Chemical and Slurry experience.
  • •Technical expertise designing facilities and semiconductor chemical systems, including chemical blending, slurry systems, valve manifold boxes, hazardous/high purity chemicals and piping, and chemical distribution systems.
  • •Ability to prioritize and schedule workload while handling multiple tasks concurrently.
  • •Strong communication, teamwork, organizational skills, and a service-oriented demeanor; ability to travel internationally 25–40% on average (up to 50–66% during critical phases).
