Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate, monitor, steer, and continuously improve services/service delivery according to service lifecycle management.
  • •Participate in defining key indicators and parameters (cost per service, quality, capacity, business continuity, and IT security) and ensure alignment with IT standards and processes.
  • •Work in agile teams using Scrum/DevOps to ensure end-to-end responsibility for the service with focus on North America.
  • •Provide service management across the matrix organization and design new service components for UEM.
  • •Continually improve the UEM service along the ITIL framework, including cost optimization, while handling escalation/complaint management and supporting projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge and experience within the ITIL framework, including SLA, KPI and NPS, plus provider management knowledge.
  • •Fundamental knowledge in ServiceNow for managing orders for the service family.
  • •Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Modern deployment, and knowledge of O365 products and integrations.
  • •Ability to work under pressure delivering high-quality results with strong flexibility, teamwork, commitment, and resilience.
  • •English fluency with strong communication, influencing, empathy, and patience.
