Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead consulting initiatives and support closing engagements by identifying opportunities with clients.
  • •Engage in strategic and planning discussions while cultivating and managing a pipeline of analytic work.
  • •Develop analytical frameworks and data-led strategies to address impactful client opportunities and challenges.
  • •Partner with cross-functional peers and global regional teams to execute projects and leverage company resources.
  • •Oversee multiple workstreams and deliver engagements end-to-end, providing insights, recommendations, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of banking operations and/or payment schemes, including products & services, business systems/processes, and marketing initiatives.
  • •Strong analytical skills with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
  • •Excellent client relationship management skills and ability to serve as a trusted advisor.
  • •Demonstrated leadership and managerial collaboration capabilities, including in matrixed organizations.
  • •Experience in payments business areas such as portfolio, marketing, product, operations, and risk for both credit and debit cards.
