Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily operations across multiple HOA communities, ensuring high standards of efficiency and quality service.
  • •Conduct regular property inspections, identify maintenance needs, and implement effective solutions promptly.
  • •Supervise maintenance projects, improvement initiatives, and construction projects to ensure timely, within-budget completion.
  • •Build and maintain positive relationships with community board members, residents, and vendors.
  • •Serve as the primary liaison addressing resident inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring rapid and satisfactory issue resolution.
  • •Maintain accurate and detailed records in Assembly’s digital platform, including meeting minutes, management reports, and work orders.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1+ year of direct HOA management experience.
