•Pull, clean, and organize data using dashboards and analytical tools; monitor key metrics and provide regular summaries and insights.
•Assist with market and competitor research to create target breakdowns and iterative operational strategies to improve merchant engagement.
•Under guidance, support execution and tracking of merchant merchandise incubation and supply optimization initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in progress; all majors welcome, with a plus for business/data/operations-related fields.
•Strong analytical basics, including Excel; SQL/Python is a plus.
•Clear logic, strong ownership and execution; able to manage multiple tasks and deliver on time with attention to detail.
•Good communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with cross-functional partners.
•Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written communication and basic verbal coordination).
