Commis I (QA)

Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, executing simple cooking tasks, and helping maintain cleanliness and organization. Follow recipes and instructions from senior chefs to ensure consistent, high-quality dishes. Rotate stock, assist with inventory management, monitor cooking processes for temperature and timing, and help with plating and garnishing. Coordinate with kitchen staff and adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines while supporting overall kitchen workflows.
