Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with local permitting coordination with NASA/KSC and the Space Force.
  • •Coordinate review and approval of civil, architectural, structural, and MEP design packages, including participation in recurring tag-ups.
  • •Engage Range and base construction/permitting stakeholders and help maintain permitting authority relationships.
  • •Track and coordinate range and base requirements for site development and infrastructure, and streamline external approval documentation and processes.
  • •Support resolution of approval conflicts and help communicate construction/standards/safety/security direction to enable timely approvals and execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, or STEM discipline.
  • •3+ years leading technical process improvements and/or serving in a technical project management capacity in an aerospace environment.
  • •3+ years of experience leading teams, projects, or people.
  • •Qualified as a Professional Engineer (PE) within Florida or a licensed architect.
  • •Experience supporting or coordinating local permitting and design reviews with NASA, Space Force, or similar federal agencies.
