Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related creative requests; intake, triage, and clarify deliverables, formats, quantities, deadlines, dimensions, and brand requirements.
  • •Brief designers with complete, unambiguous specs and manage multiple concurrent event workstreams without dropping details.
  • •Review all deliverables before returning to requesters, checking brand consistency, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode (CMYK vs. RGB), bleed/trim/safe zones, and required file/platform specs.
  • •Maintain a scalable QA checklist/process and catch issues that would be costly or embarrassing to fix on-site or after launch.
  • •Anticipate risks across timelines, vendor lead times, print windows, scope changes, and shipping; coordinate with vendors/partners and provide proactive status updates to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong events component.
  • •Proven experience managing print and digital production, including dielines and safe-area concepts, and understanding RGB vs. print workflows.
  • •Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage several concurrent, cross-functional requests with competing deadlines.
  • •Sharp attention to detail and ability to act as the last line of defense before deliverables ship.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication for managing stakeholders across teams with different priorities.
