Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and completing complex and standardized transactions while maintaining accurate records and handling assigned monies properly.
  • •Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calling, checking for client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities by fulfilling or referring clients to specialists.
  • •Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions aligned to clients’ needs.
  • •Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, and act as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
