Shape the product strategy and roadmap for Search and Discovery, building AI-powered, personalized experiences that help customers find what they need quickly and confidently. •Develop, deploy, and continuously optimize ML models and experimentation frameworks in partnership with Data Science and Engineering.
•Drive product decisions using data and measurable outcomes, leveraging A/B testing and analytics while aligning cross-functional teams.
