Own the growth journey end to end, turning first-time visitors into lifelong creators by driving activation, retention, and monetization. Design, launch, and analyze rapid experiments (A/B tests and feature flags) to deliver measurable impact on user creativity. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams, and build metrics and dashboards to double down on what works while sunsetting what doesn’t.
