Lead the strategy and hands-on engineering of agentic GenAI tools for Netflix Games. Key Requirements

•7+ years experience in AI product strategy, machine learning, and AI engineering with strong hands-on engineering.
•3+ years experience in the game development industry.
•Experience with product management: identifying user needs, defining roadmaps, and running production development workstreams.
•Deep, practical experience building and deploying agentic AI systems in production, including multi-step reasoning, tool use, multi-agent orchestration, or autonomous workflow automation.
•Strong Python engineering skills with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Google ADK (or equivalent).
