Key Responsibilities

•Integrate vendor/OEM equipment into centralized SCADA (Ignition) for advanced line control.
•Maximize uptime of automation assets on manufacturing lines.
•Develop data analysis tools to identify root causes of downtime and propose long-term fixes.
•Specify and procure components, sensors, and hardware for controls solutions.
•Wire, commission, validate, and develop basic PLC and HMI applications, including interpreting system schematics and control logic using Beckhoff TwinCAT, Siemens TIA, and Allen-Bradley RS Logix.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or equivalent) with 2+ years in a manufacturing/production environment, or a bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, or science.
•2+ years working with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and/or hydraulic systems.
•Ability to gain forklift certification.
•Ability to lift 25 lbs. unassisted.
•Willingness to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.
